Far Infrared saunas use light waves to generate a deep, detoxifying sweat at lower temperatures than steam. The three person capacity models comfortably hold 3 adults while remaining compact.

Always look for Low EMF far Infrared models with carbon / ceramic heaters as these are the safest models available that will still provide you with an exceptional sauna session.

3 person indoor saunas allow you to immerse yourself in cleansing dry heat up to 195F. They require more space but deliver an intense experience. Opt for a sauna with dual bucket/ladle so you can pour water over the rocks and independently control the amount of steam.
