Full refunds
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order we offer a no-questions-asked policy for all cancellations made within 24 hours of the purchase time. Orders will be refunded in full (100%) and processed within 5-7 working days.
Refunds for orders cancelled after 24 hours will be refunded in full minus a 5% processing fee.
Custom build orders such as Dundalk Leisurecraft products cannot be cancelled after the build has started. Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If the package is unopened it may be accepted as a return however the customer would pay for both outgoing and return shipping along with a restocking fee where applicable.
We offer a full 30 days to return your item to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the unopened product for a refund. Return refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and exclude shipping and delivery charges. The refund amount will be processed within 7-10 working days of the return being received and inspected.
All returns are received in our warehouse and subject to inspection to ensure they have not been used, damaged, or altered.
