Cancellations

Full refunds
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order we offer a no-questions-asked policy for all cancellations made within 24 hours of the purchase time. Orders will be refunded in full (100%) and processed within 7-10 working days.

Partial Refunds
Many of our products, particularly outdoor barrel saunas, are custom-made to each order. Therefore any cancellation over 24 hours from the purchase time is charged a 20% restocking fee. Partial refunds (80%) will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If the package is unopened it may be accepted as a return however the customer would pay for return shipping.

Returns

We offer a full 30 days to return your item to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the unopened product for a refund.  Return refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and exclude shipping and delivery charges. The refund amount will be processed within 7-10 working days of the return being received and inspected.

All returns are received in our warehouse and subject to inspection to ensure they have not been used, damaged, or altered.

The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

• Products that have been used or altered
• Sauna kits that have been opened and built
• Products that have been damaged and are no longer suitable for sale
• Dundalk Leisurecraft products

Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, & Haljas Houses

• Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping paid for by the customer.

Dundalk Leisurecraft

• Returns are not accepted.

Refunds

 All refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of the item being returned and inspected or the order cancelled. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account.

Shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from the total amount. Please read the above cancellations and returns policy for more information.
